If this occurs, we will dispatch the available items and contact you to ask whether you would prefer to wait for the restocking of the item or receive a refund for the unavailable product(s).
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of the items in your order. These shipping fees will be added to the total order cost, which will be displayed as your final payment amount.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
At Well Health Organization, we gladly accept returns based on a change of mind, provided the return request is submitted within 5 days of receiving the item.

4. Delivery Terms

Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 7 days.
4.2 Transit Time Internationally

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Delivery address changes can only be made before an order is dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
For P.O. box addresses, only postal services will be used. Couriers are not available for these addresses.
